Overview
Due to our successful growth in meeting the emerging need for our services in the markets we support, an opportunity for the creation of a new position in our finance, accounting and administrative function, namely "Finance & Administrative Assistant". The person hired for this position will provide critical support to our existing finance and administrative function at the head office, while providing the necessary information needed to continue our profitable growth. Success will be demonstrated by more timely and accurate information being available to the organization, meeting administrative, legal and reporting requirements, and supporting operations and technical personnel in meeting our clients’ requirements. This position will report to the head of our Finance and Admin. function.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Human Resources and Benefits requirements
  • Administrative assistance to the President
  • Payroll support
  • PTO tracking and management
  • General office management responsibilities, to include: Supply Management, Regulatory and related reporting requirements, Vendor Management, Events management, Records management, Logistics, and Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Insurance reporting and customer requirements
  • Meetings management and preparation
  • Fleet management
  • Travel management and registrations/bookings
  • Expense reimbursement, control and reporting
  • Special projects as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree helpful but not required
  • Analytical and regulatory experience helpful
  • Experience working in a privately owned, fast growing, fast moving work environment
  • Innovate and intuitive as well as curious in how to make improvements
  • Engaging and personal, enjoys working with others
  • Ability to learn quickly and comfortable working in a technically driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Trustworthy, punctual, adaptive and reliable
  • Goals oriented and comfortable with change
  • Multi-tasking mentality and able to advance initiatives in a timely manner

Pay: $22.88 - $27.55 per hour
