Role Description: Family Law Attorney Opportunity
Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP (SRSS) is looking to add an experienced attorney to its Family & Juvenile Law team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in family and/or juvenile law with trial experience. The position offers hybrid or largely remote work, depending on experience and support needs.
SRSS offers strong internal systems, exceptional support staff, hands-on mentorship, and a genuine commitment to work-life balance—no rigid billable hour requirements. Our attorneys manage high-quality cases from start to finish in a collaborative team environment.
- Compensation & Benefits Total compensation is expected to range from $130,000–$160,000 , DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with match, CLEs, bar dues, parking stipend, and more.
