As a member of our service technician team, you'll be responsible for developing, assisting, and maintaining the design of temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Your role will include project planning, scheduling, start-up, checkout, turnover, training, and maintaining project documentation. Our mission is to improve lives through empowerment. Pay Range: $30 - $50 /hour

Pay Range: $30 - $50 /hour
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls through spot service
- Perform TSA agreements according to Setpoint standards and procedures
- Participate in periodic 24/7 emergency on-call service and warranty calls
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Assist with device requisitions and manpower scheduling
- Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements
- Promote upgrades to current systems
- Occasional out-of-state travel to service customer sites
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and/or:
- 5 years of HVAC experience and/or training
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-governing, detail-oriented, and versatile position
- Passion for problem-solving and creative thinking

- Building Automation experience
- Delta Controls experience
- Systems Integrator experience
- HVAC service and maintenance experience
