SetPoint Medical’s Human Resources Generalist (HRG) plays a vital role in handling the day-to-day
operational tasks of the Human Resources Department. The HRG will maintain integrity and discretion
when handling sensitive information to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal

Job Responsibilities
• Support HR Manager with recruiting – develop recruitment plans, post job openings, and monitor
recruiting budgets and expenses. Manage applicant tracking through all stages of the hiring
process, including pre-employment screening, offer coordination, and onboarding to ensure a smooth
and compliant candidate experience.
• Manage interview schedules for hiring managers, interview panels and candidates. Coordinate
candidate’s transportation, lodging, and expense reimbursement process. Welcome candidates and
facilitate a smooth interview process by overseeing and escorting candidates between interviews.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, support conflict resolution and escalate
complex issues to HR Manager as needed.
• Ensure data integrity, maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Facilitate Performance Review cycles and goal setting; tracking progress and providing guidance
on professional development opportunities.
• Assist with new employee onboarding, employee promotions, and terminations by updating phone
lists, organization charts, calendars, and job descriptions.
• Monitor employee time off requests in HRIS system, verify as needed, and approve or deny
requests based on company policies and operations requirements, while communicating outcome to
employees and updating companywide calendar.
• Coordinate final pay, COBRA notices, and system deactivations upon employment
termination.
• Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support compliance requirements such as EEO, ACA, and pay
equity reporting, assist with internal and external audits, and provide workforce insights to HR
Manager and VP of Operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role.
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task with great attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS Word.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity beyond reproach. Recognized for establishing and maintaining relationships based upon mutual respect and inspiring confidence and trust in everyone with whom there is interaction.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform routine physical tasks, including lifting to 20 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a sitting position and performing repetitive tasks.
