As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will:
- primary caregiver for residents, assisting with all activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor and maintain resident stability by tracking weight, vitals, input/output, and administering tests as needed.
- Communicate changes in residents’ status to the nursing team to ensure timely care.
- Accurately documented care actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers by maintaining a caring and compassionate demeanor.
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for going the extra mile to support residents and coworkers.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional, person-centered care.
