Seton Catholic Schools is the Archdiocese of Milwaukee’s model for K-8 parish schools in Greater Milwaukee. Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic Senior irector of Organizational Excellence to lead our team in integrating and optimizing processes and systems across Student Information, Enrollment, Government Reporting,
Finance, Human Resources, Fundraising, and other primary functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, demonstrated process leadership, information system, data analysis, continuous improvement skills, along with effective facilitation abilities. This role will drive administrative excellence, ensure data integrity and compliance, and architect an integrated reporting and analytics capability to support academic and business performance.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Seton Catholic Schools in all activities and behaviors as a leader.
- Oversee and manage the Processes, Systems, Compliance, and Reporting team.
- Responsibility for the technology services and compliance and systems team portion of the budget, including the five-year plan for daily service and infrastructure work which includes optimization of the Organization's participation in the E-Rate program.
- Implement and optimize student information systems and program reporting required by Wisconsin DPI Choice programs.
- Develop and implement a data warehouse or similar solution to link critical information systems: PowerSchool, Dynamics Great Plains, ReqLogic, Paycom, Raiser’s Edge.
- Collaborate effectively with Seton leaders and external stakeholders to optimize processes, systems and data.
- Clearly communicate expectations, goals, and standards of excellence.
- Establish and support a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture, utilizing CI tools and principles to improve safety, quality, service, and cost.
- Facilitation of LEAP projects across all departments of Seton Catholic Schools.
- Develop and execute the continuous improvement long-range plan inclusive of strategy definition, project identification, and technology innovation.
- Develop and execute both strategic and tactical plans with for optimizing processes and systems for the key work done by Seton Catholic Schools.
- Coach and mentor Seton staff to achieve organizational objectives and their full potential.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met while leading with integrity.
Qualifications:
- Successful experience in process, system, data, and compliance leadership, preferably in academic institutions.
- Proven track record of managing complex processes, systems, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead large-scale change.
- Experience in organizational development, personnel management, and administration.
- Ability to influence and work with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Proven capability to develop and implement operations and management reporting models.
- Exceptional resource management and project coordination skills.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflict and delegate tasks effectively.
- Master’s Degree preferred with an emphasis in Business and/or Education.
- Experience with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, ESSA, and School Nutrition Programs is desirable.

- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong facilitation and teaching skills, with the ability to train staff on CI tools and principles.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and system integrations.

Physical Demands :
