The Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing material needs, and ensuring timely delivery. The individual will support cross-functional teams with sourcing activities to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Des Plaines, IL.
