We are looking for a skilled Automobile Painter to prepare and paint aircraft components with high attention to quality and detail. The ideal candidate should have experience with surface preparation, color matching, and spray-painting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle/ Aircraft surfaces by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors to company and customer specifications
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray equipment and tools
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finish and accuracy
- Repair minor surface imperfections before painting
- Maintain paint booth, tools, and equipment in clean working condition
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of paints and chemicals
- Collaborate with mechanics and production teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive or industrial painting preferred
- Knowledge of paint mixing, spraying, and finishing techniques
- Ability to use sanding, buffing, and polishing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
