WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Operations Supervisor
- Maximize guest experience and overall service
- Monitor housekeeping department and maintenance with regards to standard operating procedures
- Review all incoming reservations, pre-block rooms with special requests, and coordinate special request with appropriate staff members
- Assist front desk associates during peak times, breaks, tardiness, and absences
- Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements
- Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
