WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Bartender / Server
- Take food and beverage orders from patrons
- Serve food & beverage items to customers seated in the restaurant and bar.
- Responsible for cleaning area, helping with dishes as necessary
- Check working condition of equipment and report to supervisor all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment
- Collect payments for drinks/meals served
- Using XN POS system
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons
- Prepare To Go orders as required
- Serve full meals to guests
- Balance cash receipts
- Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
- Requires excellent communication & upselling skills
- Must have all mandatory certificates based upon brand and area requirements
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
