Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy Telemarketer to join our Sales Starter team. This is a performance-driven role designed to fuel new business growth through outbound activity and is built for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and are motivated by measurable results.
As a Telemarketer/Sales Starter, your primary responsibility is outbound calling: initiating conversations, creating opportunities, and passing qualified prospects to licensed producers. This is not a passive or hybrid role. Success is driven by activity, consistency, and execution.
Core Expectations:
- Minimum of 250 outbound dials per 8-hour shift
- Initiate conversations and generate qualified opportunities for licensed sales producers
- Follow a structured, repeatable call flow using provided scripts
- Participate in ongoing coaching, feedback, and daily accountability
- Maintain accurate call notes and activity tracking in the CRM
- Contribute to a competitive, high-performance team environment
- Licensing will be required within 30 days of hire
