Pay: Up to $240,000 per year (base draw plus commission and bonuses)

Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone
- Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
- Build lasting relationships and maintain ongoing communication with customers
- Follow the dealership’s proven sales process and digital retail tools
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Ability to learn and use modern CRM and digital retail platforms
- Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
