What we are looking for:
- Friendly, upbeat individuals with exceptional customer service skills and rapport building
- Ability to maintain knowledge of dealership inventory
- Confidence in creating a positive impression on customers with active listening to determine customers wants and needs
- Possess a positive personality who LOVE talking and interacting with people
What you will do:
- Meet & Greet customers as they approach the dealership
- Check in customers via BDC/Internet Department upon arrival to show they are on the showroom floor
- Maintain a professional appearance throughout sales process
- Be a team player
- Communicate effectively with customers to fulfill their needs and wants
No college education required.
No experience necessary, but a plus on experience - will train the right individual(s). Bi-ingual a plus. MUST love working hard, being a team player and most of all making $$$$! Sky is the limit!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
