Seth Wadley Auto Group is looking for full-time Internet BDC Sales Representatives in Paul's Valley, OK to contribute to the sales process. Seeking all-level reps to fill open positions. Qualifications:
- Extremely self-motivated and goal oriented individual with “CAN DO ATTITUDE”
- Possess an up-beat, positive personality who LOVE talking to people
- Willing to get outside comfort zone to stand out
- Ability to multitask in a growing high paced environment
- Professional communication and attire
- Must be able to work a non-standard five day a week schedule with reliable transportation
- Eager to show up early & stay late, as needed, showing passion to learn and improve on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls while responding to internet leads in order to set sales appointments
- Contact customers via multiple lines of communication
- Develop & maintain pipeline and sales opportunities
- Confirm appointments
- Continue long term follow-up on all unsold customers
- Uphold Seth Wadley Company Vision and Culture to meet and exceed goals
No college education required.
Preferred dealership sales experience, but not necessary - will train the right individual(s). Bi-ingual a plus. MUST love working hard, being a team player and most of all making $$$$! Sky is the limit!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
