Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring an experienced painters to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We need dependable professionals who can produce quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking)
- Brush, roll, and spray application
- Drywall repairs and minor finishing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of professional painting experience
- Your own reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders
- Must arrive on time every day
