Position Overview
We are seeking a commission-based Sales Professional to generate new business for both our home staging services and furniture sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves connecting with people, and has a natural ability to influence and close deals. You will serve as the front line of our growth—identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and presenting our offerings in engaging and compelling ways.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and nurture leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, investors, and property managers
- Present our staging solutions and furnishing offerings in a persuasive and consultative manner
- Manage the full sales pipeline—from prospecting to closing
- Attend networking events, brokerage presentations, open houses, and local real estate gatherings to promote our brand
- Collaborate with the staging and design teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of the sales process and a track record of closing deals
- Quick learner with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Personable, professional, and able to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Interest in home design, real estate, or furnishings is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable representing the brand at networking events and in client meetings
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role with high earning potential based on performance
- Incentives available for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
