Responsibilities:
- Lead a project from inception to delivery in the CNO domain, including; problem decomposition, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack data analysis applications.
- Interact with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise solutions.
- Navigate customer data types to identify and extract relevant information.
- Collaborate with other software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and recommend pathways for fixes.
- Overcome inevitable obstacles.
- Production-grade software development experience in Python.
- Experience within CNO domain developing tools to meet analyst and operator pain points.
- Experience leveraging HTTP-based APIs to access data through queries.
- Practical experience with platforms for processing Agency data sets.
- Experience with software source control (git) and Atlassian tool suite - Jira, Confluence.
- Experience presenting data analysis results to customers.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
- Experience working as a lead for a development team.
- Practical experience in one or more artificial intelligence domains (e.g., intelligent systems, autonomy, planning, LLMs).
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with web application/UI development.
12 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
