We've been expanding and prepping for our busy season! We're one of the few event rental companies that use built in delivery to make event planning that much easier. As an event rental company we service many graduation, wedding and family events. Our company also works with various parks & rec departments and plays an important role in many university, corporate and personal events. Operating out of Stillwater, we set up tables, tents, chairs, and event inflatable movie screens all over the Metro area.
We are currently hiring several extra techs to help set up over the next several months. The position is Contract/on-call and would require you to meet at our warehouse or at the event site.As a technician your duties will include, walking, pushing, pulling, and kneeling. All events operate on a schedule. So, you will also be expected to have some time management skills along with customer service experience.

Scheduled Start times?
During the busy Tent season:
Start time is 5:30am at our warehouse in Stillwater.
End time is when the work is done - typically 7-8 hours
Standard hours: 7-3pm
How do schedules work?
People are typically scheduled 7-8 hours depending on drive time. As events themselves are normally only 6 hours of operation. When events run do longer than 7 hours, it is typically due to drive time to and from the event.
Is this work seasonal?
Yes, our season runs from March 1st to October 30th.
How do we move the equipment?
Company vehicles are available when hauling equipment (valid driver’s license is required to drive) We are licensed and insured to perform the work that we do.
If you are interested in joining our team you must be at least 18 years of age and will require a resume and several references (two professional, one personal). Must have reliable transportation and a valid ID/Drivers license. We will also be conducting both a phone and in person interview.
