Centralized Profile Coordinator

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

 A Centralized Profile Coordinator at SET Environmental is responsible to: 

• Oversee SET customer profiles and pricing requests in designated area. Responsibilities include the following: 
• Manage profiling process of all customer waste streams 
• Provide disposal options and costs as well as complete cost analysis 
• Determine analytical testing needs for waste streams and communicate sampling requirements to customer service/sales 
• Manage waste data and costs in SET database 
• Evaluate waste disposal pricing with regional TSDFs 
• Manage SET generated waste, including profiles and reporting 
• Effectively communicate to Customer Service, Sales and Generator requirements or address specific questions 
• Serve as an internal compliance resource for various regulations as pertaining to hazardous waste classification 
• Work closely with the Sales Department daily, supplying them with creative transportation and disposal options 
• Work cooperatively with Operational groups to prioritize items 
• Work with Centralize Profile Team members for load balancing 
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• 4-year degree, preferably in a science field 
• 4 years working in a team environment and preferably in a customer service role 
• 1-2 years’ experience in the hazardous waste industry 
• Prefer previous industrial waste profiling and/or approvals experience
• Working knowledge of RCRA, TSCA and DOT 
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic e-mail) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills 
• Proven self-starter, highly motivated, sets aggressive goals 
• Ability to effectively multi-task while managing a heavy workload 
• Must be detail oriented 
• Requires minimal supervision and can meet goals and objectives within expected time frame
