Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Production Coordinator, Events to support our dynamic production team across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Reporting to senior production leadership, the Production Coordinator will focus on the operational, administrative, and logistical aspects of event execution—ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly while supporting the broader production strategy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support across projects of varying scales and complexities
- Assist in project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, budgets, vendor onboarding, opening purchase orders, and invoicing
- Take ownership of smaller project components, reporting status and updates to producers
- Conduct targeted research and source project elements—from crew uniforms to creative giveaways—often with little direction
- Support project reconciliation and budget tracking post-event
- Travel on-site as needed to support execution; assist with set-up and strike, manage deliveries, and serve as a reliable on-site runner
- Coordinate crew logistics such as accommodations, transportation, catering, and supplies
- Maintain and update on-site schedules and reporting documentation during live events
- Master foundational coordination skills, including venue research, note-taking, vendor quote gathering, and producing team-ready updates in established agency formats
- Consistently demonstrate a team-first attitude and a flexible working style tailored to individual project leads
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in event production or project coordination, ideally within an agency or experiential environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of production timelines and agency workflows
- Resourceful and solution-oriented, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership; committed to seeing tasks through to completion
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel overnight as project needs dictate
- Comfortable flexing working style based on the needs and preferences of different team members and production leads
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $35,000 - $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
