The Job

• Clean homes and small offices to a “WOW” standard—dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making spaces shine!
• Bring joy to clients through your hard work, kindness, and attention to detail
• Work independently but be supported by a caring team
• Must love animals—many of our clients have furry greeters!

Location & Travel

You’ll start and end your day from home. We do our best to schedule your clients close to where you live—you won’t be zig-zagging across the city.

You’ll only need to come to our office in Powhatan:

• For 2 weeks of paid training
• Once a week to grab supplies
• Once a month for our (fun!) team meeting

Room to Grow

No experience? No problem—we provide paid training to help you succeed from day one. Most of our trainers, quality control staff, and even our office team started as Cleaning Technicians. In fact, our owner began as a tech, too!

Who We're Looking For

• You must: Be available M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Be 17 , pass a background check
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs., stand, bend, and kneel
