We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Retail Team Member who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is great for someone who is customer-focused, motivated, and interested in growing their experience in retail sales and customer service.
As a Retail Team Member, you’ll assist customers on the sales floor, answer product questions, process purchases, and support daily store operations while creating a welcoming in-store experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and product questions
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
- Process transactions and assist with basic account or billing questions when needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
- Support daily sales and operational tasks
- Work closely with team members to meet store goals
- Participate in paid training to learn products, systems, and customer service best practices
