Set Apart Fence & Deck is hiring a dependable, hardworking fence installer for projects throughout Southwest Colorado.
This is a physical, outdoor job for someone who shows up on time, works safely, learns quickly, and takes enjoyment in quality craftsmanship. If you’re ready to work hard and be part of a reliable crew, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Install residential, agricultural, and ranch fencing.
- Build wood, wire, vinyl, post-and-rail, and privacy fences.
- Install gates and related outdoor structures.
- Dig holes, set posts, and operate machinery
- Measure, lay out, and install fences accurately.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Lift heavy materials and work on uneven terrain.
- Keep jobsites, tools, and customer properties clean.
- Work efficiently with the crew to meet project schedules.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Monday -Thursday 10hr shift
- Able to perform demanding outdoor labor all day.
- Comfortable working in changing weather and varied terrain.
- Willing to follow directions and learn new skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, respectful, and safety-minded.
- Reliable transportation to Bayfield.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred.
- Fencing, construction, landscaping, ranch, or trade experience is a plus.
