Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our growing group private practice in Riverside, CA. We are currently hiring both Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
In this role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will support clients in navigating mental health challenges, building coping skills, and achieving meaningful personal growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This is a W-2 paid position offering clinical support, professional development, and a strong referral base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal/ethical standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and support during high-risk situations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when appropriate
- Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing training
Qualifications

- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Ability to work under supervision and openness to clinical feedback

Qualifications

For Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Active California license in good standing
- Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Obtain individual malpractice insurance
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in mental health or behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with treating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, or life transitions
- Experience with children, adolescents, or families (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of culturally responsive care and diverse populations
