Summary: As part of the Remedial Intervention Services team, this position is responsible for interfacing with the customer both internally and externally to ensure a good understanding of the expectations and the requirements of the tasks. The Remedial Intervention Services Operator Level 3 will go to the field with full accountability in defined work scenarios with service supported equipment with proficiency in four or more of the work scenarios, cold cutting, core drilling, diamond wire cutting, hot tapping, gate valve drilling, freeze services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company and/or customer
- Pass all required Safety and Well Control required programs to be present on project locations
- Has completed all operational training requirements for the above work scenarios
- Assist in assembly of, job preparation and testing at Wild Well location, and job execution at the project location
- Assist in disassembly and maintenance of service equipment at Wild Well location upon return from job
- On location training at Wild Well facility with all equipment to be versed in its operation and design
- Responsible to be available to respond and participate in all service supported job opportunities
- Responsible to learn and fulfill all reporting requirements as concerns the job itself as relates to charges as well as database information for each application
- Follow all quality processes associated with operational duties in qualified scenarios
- Other duties as defined by Supervisor
Minimum Requirements:
- Recent practical experience with equipment – 5-10 years
- Excellent comprehension of Mechanical Operations and communication skills
- Ability to effectively deal with problems under pressure
- Maintain good client and subordinate relationships
- Understanding of procedures development
- An appreciation of commitment to safety
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
