Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and answer calls/emails
- Schedule appointments and process transactions
- Keep the Spa area clean and inviting
- Support spa staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Laundry
- Tuesday to Saturday 30-40 hr working week
Requirements
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills (booking/POS systems a plus)
- Customer service experience is required
