At Sesame Place, every birthday is a BIG celebration! We’re looking for a fun, energetic Birthday Party Supervisor who loves creating magical moments for families. In this role, you’ll oversee party bookings, coordinate celebrations, and make sure each birthday guest has a seamless and joy-filled experience. What you get to do:
- Plan, supervise and implement Sesame Place Birthday Parties
- Contact all guests who purchase Birthday Parties to coordinate their day at the park
- Maintain Birthday customer database and party calendar in Excel & One Drive
- Provide exemplary service to guests
- Supervise all birthday parties
- Support the set-up for all party activities and accomplish clean-up tasks upon completion of party; monitor and execute all customer needs
- Help with the cleaning the party space before, during, and after the facility is open and assist in keeping the party space all tidy during parties
- Assist costume characters during party
- Consistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
- Work with cast/crew and management to maintain the integrity of the party
- Assist with other areas of marketing and complete tasks as assigned

- Must be a good team player; prior experience in hosting events a plus
What else is important:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and One Drive
- Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat
- Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement.
- Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situations
