ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and retirement of software assets across the enterprise.
- Utilize ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) to track software installations, license compliance, entitlements, and optimize usage.
- Prepare and process purchasing forms such as purchase orders; verify the appropriateness of budget codes and cost centers to align with SAM governance.
