Retirement Services Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Retirement OR Wealth Management Experience, Hartford, CT
No Corp to Corp, IC or 3rd Party Candidates
2 - 3 days per week onsite in Hartford, CT for 6 months, then Remote
Retirement or Wealth Management is a must
Top 5 Technical Skills:
- Must have Retirement Plan and Participant Administration Record Keeping Experience (SME)
- Must be able to work 2-days a week in the Hartford offices
- Experience with 403b and 401k administration knowledge
- Strong understanding of Operational component loans, Hardship, ERISA, QDIA and Distributions
- Any technical understanding of data systems a Plus
- Scrum Master Experience
Top 3 Soft Skills:
- Must be able to take lead of the project as a Scrum Master
- Lead team through all Agile Ceremonies
- Communicate with different teams, managers and Sr. Leaders
Job Description:
Client recently purchased another organization. This role is a traditional Scrum Master of a very important project. The project is focused on understanding what the original company does within their systems and bringing that into client s IT eco system.
Role on the Team:
This person must be a SME in Retirement Plan and Participant Administration Record Keeping, who will be the Scrum Master for the project that is onboarding data and systems from purchased organization into client s IT ecosystem
