Job Details
3 - 6 Month Contract
Top 5 Technical Skills:
- Retrieve and review software purchase agreements (either manually or through validation of AI-assisted review) and other related documents (Order Forms, Amendments, etc.) to extract multiple data elements from completed agreements
- Upload / input extracted meta data into designated repository(ies)
- Facilitate internal discussions, as necessary, on contract issues and/or analysis, in collaboration with internal Sourcing Manger(s)
- Manage to business milestones and adjust/re-prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Track work and provide detailed status and reporting to management and clients on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned
