Sales Rep

No sales or construction experience? No problem! We’re ready to train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow with us.

As a Sales Representative, your role will be dynamic and people-focused. Here’s what you can expect: - Building Relationships: Engage with potential customers, both in person and over the phone, to establish trust and build connections. - Generating Opportunities: Knock on doors and actively seek out new business opportunities. - Communication: Use your excellent phone and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients. - Learning and Growing: Take advantage of our training to develop your skills and transition into a commission-based sales role.

We’re searching for someone who: - Is comfortable talking with people and enjoys building relationships. - Has strong phone and communication skills. - Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. - Is willing to knock on doors and create new opportunities. - Wants to grow their income based on performance.

While experience in roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling is a plus, it’s not required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone without sales experience who’s hardworking, personable, and ready to learn.

• Training Pay: Start at $15/hour during training.
• Growth Potential: Transition into a commission-based sales role as you become trained and ready to sell independently.
