Position summary:
This position is cumbent on employment on a Federal Installation in which the applicant must be able to
pass a federal background investigation. It consists of Breaking Down merchandise case by case that has
been delivered and placing merchandise on a pallet that is designated to be placed in aisles for stocking , in
main store and freezer sections and refrigerated sections. Position as related to Merchandise Breakdown and
segregation and is required to be on production rate for cases per hour to meet essential job performance.
Primary Duty:
A warehouse/FDS employee performs the contract requirements of the receiving/storage/holding
area function by offloading trucks, sorting, and segregating the merchandise and sorting and
pulling of merchandise to the from the warehouse racks. The RSH function will be accomplished
during contract window of opportunity.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of

performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently exposed to wet, hot, or cold
conditions and moving material and handling equipment. The noise level in the work
environment is usually moderate.
