SERVPRO of Brigham City is looking for a Support Services Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling, and will be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. The Support Services Specialist will be responsible for completing internal job file quality reviews, preparing estimates and billing invoices, coordinating crew and job scheduling, performing basic accounting functions such as A/P, A/R, bookkeeping and payroll, and assisting other departments as needed.
Requirements:

- Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
- Experience in service industry environment a plus
