We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Field Supervisor to lead on-site construction activities, manage teams, and ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently. Duties
- Supervise daily construction operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, crew members, and vendors to maintain workflow continuity.
- Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to verify accuracy and clarity before implementation.
- Monitor construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software; adjust plans as needed for timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets specified standards and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, management teams, and field personnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising construction sites with a strong background in commercial or heavy civil projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
- Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability managing teams in a construction management role with excellent managerial communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with construction scheduling, project estimating, budgeting, and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with managing contracts and overseeing construction site safety compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
