Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the customer experience and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Oversee contents restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, and resources for active projects
- Inspect and review contents cleaning quality and project completion
- Develop and maintain project documentation and job files
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage contents-related expenses, equipment, and materials
- Train, coach, and supervise Contents Technicians and team leads
- Recruit and develop contents personnel
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Support continuous improvement in leadership, operations, and restoration expertise
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contents cleaning, restoration, or related operations
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Experience with fire, water, and smoke-damaged contents strongly preferred
- Knowledge of inventory systems, pack-outs, and restoration procedures preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license required
- Industry certifications are a plus
This position involves both office and field work. Field responsibilities may include:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and moving contents for extended periods
- Working in environments with dust, odors, debris, or varying temperatures
- Operating around cleaning chemicals and restoration equipment
- Occasional use of personal protective equipment including respirators

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
