Reconstruction Project Manager (Xactimate Required | Local Candidates Only)

We’re looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects—from initial estimate to final walkthrough—while delivering top-tier service to every customer. If you’re experienced with Xactimate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy managing both people and projects, this role offers strong impact and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire project lifecycle from estimate through completion
• Evaluate, sell, and negotiate reconstruction projects with customers and clients
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Write and manage scopes using Xactimate
• Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors and vendors
• Visit job sites daily to ensure progress, quality, and safety
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and all stakeholders
• Ensure permits, documentation, and subcontractor compliance are up to date
• Perform final walkthroughs to guarantee customer satisfaction
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
• Strong working knowledge of Xactimate (required)
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and budgets
  
  
  

Work Environment

• Active, hands-on role with time spent both in the field, in office, and driving between job sites
• Exposure to outdoor conditions (including heat)
• Physical activity including climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight spaces
