We’re looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects—from initial estimate to final walkthrough—while delivering top-tier service to every customer. What You’ll Do
- Own the entire project lifecycle from estimate through completion
- Evaluate, sell, and negotiate reconstruction projects with customers and clients
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Write and manage scopes using Xactimate
- Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors and vendors
- Visit job sites daily to ensure progress, quality, and safety
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and all stakeholders
- Ensure permits, documentation, and subcontractor compliance are up to date
- Perform final walkthroughs to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate (required)
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and budgets
- Active, hands-on role with time spent both in the field, in office, and driving between job sites
- Exposure to outdoor conditions (including heat)
- Physical activity including climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight spaces

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
