Our team is seeking an experienced and driven Reconstruction Manager to lead and oversee all phases of reconstruction projects across our territories. This role is responsible for managing reconstruction jobs from initial scope and estimating through execution, customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and final closeout. This role bridges the gap between office operations and field execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to SERVPRO Team Holmes' high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all reconstruction projects from post-mitigation turnover through job completion.
- Conduct site assessments, create detailed scopes of work, and prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate (or other tools as needed).
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and SERVPRO staff to ensure timely, high-quality work.
- Manage job budgets, timelines, job costing, change orders, and financial documentation.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, property managers, adjusters, and internal team members throughout the reconstruction process.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, permitting requirements, and SERVPRO/Team Holmes SOPs.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly and professionally.
- Prepare required documentation, photos, and updates in our job management system.
- Support sales and mitigation teams with reconstruction insights, estimates, and project feasibility when needed.
- Participate in after-hours or emergency response as requested.
Qualifications:

Knowledge & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in reconstruction, renovation, general contracting, or related construction project management.
- Experience with insurance-related reconstruction or restoration projects
- Strong understanding of building systems, trades, and construction sequencing.
- Proficiency with Xactimate or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to read plans, scopes, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
- OSHA certification strongly preferred
- IICRC or other industry-specific certifications are a plus
