Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency situations including water and fire damage
- Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
- Set up and operate restoration equipment
- Load, maintain, and inventory work vehicles and tools
- Identify and communicate job site conditions and safety concerns
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain the restoration process
- Follow safety guidelines and industry best practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred
- IICRC certification a plus (training available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry equipment repeatedly
- Ability to work with cleaning agents and restoration materials
