Construction Technician (Reconstruction) — SERVPRO Team Carpenter 🛠️ Location: Greater Sacramento

• Schedule: Mon–Fri

What You’ll Do

• Demo, Prep & Rebuild: Controlled tear-out; light framing; drywall/texture/paint; doors/trim/windows; cabinets/counters/backsplash; flooring; minor exterior repairs.
• Fixtures & Hardware: Basic resets (sinks/faucets/toilets), swap light fixtures/switch plates, install bath accessories/blinds (within permitted scope).
• Protect & Communicate: Protect the home, give clear status updates, coordinate subs/inspections, pick up and stage materials.
• Closeout & Docs: Punch list, final clean, before/after photos, quick task updates in DASH/Buildertrend. 📸📲
• Safety & Standards: Safe tool use, OSHA/ladder basics, clean, organized jobsite—always. ✅

What You Bring

• Either: 1 year hands-on construction/maintenance or strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn (we’ll train).
• Comfortable with standard power/hand tools and safe operation.
• Clean, professional appearance and customer-friendly approach.
• Valid driver’s license & good DMV record.
  
  
  

Nice to Have: Finish carpentry basics, drywall/paint skills, prior use of DASH/Buildertrend.

Growth Path & Training

Start as a Construction Tech I/II (based on experience) with a clear path to Lead Tech. We invest in training and certifications so you can build real skills and grow your pay. 📈
