Duties
- All construction duties of the job. (Drywall, Paint, Trim, Flooring and Electrical)
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and assistance as needed
- Perform routine inspections of the worksite to identify potential hazards or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site throughout each shift
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of Drywall, Small Plumbing, Flooring, Painting and Trim Skills Required.
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is required; this is not a training program. Must be experienced in the above areas.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to working as part of a team
