SERVPRO® of Wichita Falls is hiring a HR Coordinator!
Overview:
The Coordinator of Human Resources will ensure that all SERVPRO of Wichita Falls employees are supported in the fulfillment of their company obligations and career goals. In this role, you will support all employees and senior leadership team. If you are looking for a fast paced environment with exposure to all aspects of HR, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure and maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy (e.g. W-4, I-9, Direct Deposit, etc.)
- Manage and solve complex employee relations issues
- Identify HR trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational goals
- Interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management and franchise employees
- Oversee W-2 with reconciliation and year-end processing
- Manage HR administrative support to senior leadership and franchise employees
- Fulfill all hiring needs through a comprehensive and robust recruiting program including participating in career fairs
- Contribute to 90-day and annual reviews with all franchise employees
- Track and administer the FMLA program and leave according to company policy
- Oversee payroll accuracy including timecards, labor allocations, commission pay, and wage garnishments Develop, implement, and manage benefits programs in a manner that ensures cost effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- At least 5 years of overall business experience as an HR Generalist
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred
- Experience leading effective performance management systems and practices Demonstrated strength in effective recruitment, communication, and collaboration
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
