Job Duties
- Perform framing, trim, siding, soffit, and window/door installation
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and 2021 Virginia Residential Code and North Carolina building code
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite
- Handle tools and equipment with care
- Occasionally assist with demolition and material handling
- Minimum 3-5 years carpentry experience (framing or finish, siding and roofing
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Mount Airy NC, Galax VA, or Wytheville VA areas
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Must pass a background check
- Weekly pay (W2)

- Overtime after 40 hours
