All Sample Forms are provided for informational purposes and Servpro Franchises may choose whether or not to use them.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Backup support for receptionist in answering phones
- Receiving loss information & documenting accurate information & scheduling vendors
- Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
- Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
- Send and follow up on required job-related documentation
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience in service industry environment a plus
- Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Valid Driver's License
