As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses affected by water damage. This includes performing mitigation services, using professional cleaning equipment, and potentially performing light to heavy demolition of building materials. - Prepare work vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Set up staging areas and equipment for projects.
- Perform restoration processes efficiently and according to guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles.
- Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members.
- Conduct end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are left orderly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments, including tight spaces and heights.
- Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotational schedule for emergency services.
- Previous experience in restoration or similar field preferred.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
