Office Administrator / Dispatcher
Location: In-office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on reliability, performance, and judgment)
About the Role
This is an operations-focused position within an emergency services company. When a customer experiences fire, water, or property damage, our team coordinates the response.
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping jobs moving—dispatching crews, managing schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
The environment is fast-paced and frequently changes throughout the day. Success in this role requires strong organization, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch crews to emergency and scheduled jobs
- Adjust and manage schedules as new work is added
- Communicate with field crews to coordinate job execution
- Provide clear, professional communication to customers
- Send daily progress updates to clients
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
- Perform data entry and manage information across systems
- Support the Office Manager and assist with general office operations

Requirements
