Our company provides services up and down the front range to a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, professional demeanor, and quick response to emergency situations and reconstruction needs. Job Summary:
Project Superintendents and Field Managers will be responsible for all aspects of the schedule, quality and budget as it relates to the performance of the reconstruction activities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in reconstruction
- Excellent communication skills , including writing, speaking and listening
- Effective leadership skills
- Coordinated and highly organized
- Manage through schedules, daily logs and multitasking
- Great problem solving and decision making skills
- Moderate computer skills for use of project management software
- Have reliable transportation and personal cell phone
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to lead by example and set the tone
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check
