Key Responsibilities
- Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist all divisions of the company.
- Coordinate crews, job scheduling, pristine communications with the adjusters/customers
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments in communications for all assigned projects in assigned locations
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Must have 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Must be knowledgeable in Google docs/sheets
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
