Role Description
We're looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in eCommerce to lead and execute paid media campaigns that reflect the quality of
our work. This is a paid, full-time opportunity to own and scale performance marketing across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads,
YouTube, and more. You’ll drive strategy, manage execution, and bring a brand lens to all customer touchpoints online. Ideal candidates understand the
nuances of marketing to audiences and have a strong grasp of direct response best practices within a brand context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies
- Write compelling, on-brand ad copy and select creative assets
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative iteration, and data-driven insights
- Monitor performance and report on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on messaging, campaign timelines, and lead generation goals
- Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and marketing benchmarks
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics
- Proven track record of driving results through data-informed creative and targeting
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and messaging's
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to own strategy and execution
