SERVPRO is looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Contents Manager to lead our Contents Division. This is not a desk job. We need a leader who can manage people, projects, inventory, logistics, and customer expectations while helping families and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, and storm losses.

What You'll Do
As our Contents Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of contents restoration projects from initial pack-out through final delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing contents restoration projects from start to finish
- Leading pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations
- Supervising and developing Contents Technicians
- Scheduling crews, equipment, and resources
- Maintaining accurate inventory and documentation using restoration software
- Working directly with homeowners, business owners, adjusters, and vendors
- Ensuring quality control throughout the restoration process
- Managing contents warehouses and storage operations
- Developing processes and improving operational efficiency
- Maintaining company standards for safety, professionalism, and customer service
- Assisting with emergency response situations as needed
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3 years of restoration industry experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in warehouse and field environments
Preferred:
- Contents restoration experience
- Pack-out and inventory management experience
- Experience with Encircle, DASH, Xactimate, or similar software
- IICRC certifications
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
