Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls and perform assigned cleaning and restoration tasks
- Photograph, identify, and inventory customer belongings
- Wrap, package, and label items for transport and cleaning
- Clean, assess, and repackage restored belongings
- Provide detailed cleaning of homes and businesses (floors, surfaces, fixtures, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work environment
- Support the crew chief and team with job site activities
- Ensure excellent communication with team and customers
- Perform end-of-job cleanup to leave the site neat and professional
- Follow SERVPRO safety and risk management guidelines
- Complete on-the-job and computer-based training modules
Requirements
- Effective oral communication skills
- Experience in cleaning or restoration (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- IICRC certification (preferred)
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state
- Ability to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Work in tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently
- Stand, walk, drive, and climb for extended periods
- Comfortable with exposure to cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
